Means-Tested Financial Assistance

 

This one enables individuals to appoint their local authority to manage their care, assign a home care agency or own preferred agency to them. All payments are paid directly from the local authority. If eligible for the funding a local adult social care team will be in touch and talk you through the process and other options such as Personal Budgets, Direct Payments, Individual Service Funds and Council Managed Fund.

HOME CARE VS CARE HOME
